Grilled Salmon with lemon, Moroccan spices, fresh herbs
Moroccan Chicken tagine with Turkish apricots & black cherries, cinnamon, honey
 
Sides:
Jasmine Rice with ginger, dates, cardamom, fresh herbs, toasted almonds
Roasted Rainbow Carrots, Leeks, Cherry Tomatoes with Greek yogurt tzatziki
 
Desserts: 
Olive Oil Cake with fresh citrus, cherry compote
Banana Chocolate Cake with halva coconut cream
Panna Cotta infused with rhubarb, fresh strawberry compote, shortbread
